Returns: We accept returns for items purchased within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for a new one. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at support@afloup.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

 

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and the return cost was paid for by Afloup, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
